Sending The Output Log File

These are instructions for finding the relevant output log file for each platform that we support.


Windows

The output log is stored in your user's AppData/LocalLow directory. The file is named Player.log

To access enter "%LOCALAPPDATA%Low" or "%LOCALAPPDATA%Low\Leafy Games, LLC\PULSAR_LostColony" into Windows Explorer

Mac OS X

Location: ~/Library/Logs/Leafy Games, LLC/PULSAR_LostColony/Player.log

Linux

Location: ~/.config/unity3d/Leafy Games, LLC/PULSAR Lost Colony/Player.log

Other Diagnostic Files (Windows)

DxDiag (DirectX Diagnostics)
Open the Run dialog by pressing (Windows + R)
Type DxDiag in the text field and press enter
If it asks to check if drivers are digitally signed press Yes
Hit Save All Information
Save the file somewhere on your computer and email it to us (team@leafygames.com)


MSInfo32 (Windows / System Info)
Open the Run dialog by pressing (Windows + R)
Type MSInfo32 in the text field and press enter
Hit File >> Export
